Grievance Redressal
The Grievance redressal system has been created to provide convenience to citizens by allowing them to lodge a grievance through their mobile phones or computers. This removes the need for them to appear at any location to file a physical grievance. This saves a large amount of time and effort.
The grievance will be addressed by the competent authority within a period of 7 working days. If the grievance is not addressed by the competent authority within 7 working days, it will be escalated to next higher authority. Citizens can provide feedback for the quality of resolution of grievance through a "Satisfied" / "Dissatisfied" option.
The grievances can be filed under appropriate category. Once grievance has been submitted, a tracking number will be generated. Citizens can track the status of the grievance with the help of the tracking number / citizen mobile number.
This portal would definitely help in improving the citizen service delivery and also in transforming the government into more transparent, efficient and citizen-centric mode.
